Hewitt Business Park is approximately half a mile from Winstanley College.  It is situated in an otherwise residential area, with hassle-free access to the M6 / M58 motorway which runs just behind the site.

The managed office space is provided on a rolling monthly licence.  Small 1 or 2 person offices (approx. 150 sq.ft) start at 200+VAT.  We now have 24 offices of various sizes, up to suites of 1500 sq.ft.  The offices  have a shared main reception which is manned during normal office hours. All tenants have their own keys for 24 hour access.   Communal canteen/cooking and toilet facilities are included.  Photocopier, fax and word processing facilities can also be provided as extras if required.

 

All of the offices and most of the industrial units have been fitted with modern structured CAT5 telephone & data cabling to provide access to our new digital telephone switch with integrated voice-mail and call control facilities.  This is a very flexible system which can be configured to your individual requirements, whether you wish to be self-contained or make use of our telephone reception facilities, either full time or part time such as for holiday or sickness cover.  Un-metered 2.0mbit/second broadband is available to all offices and units (from 25.00+VAT per month).

 

The office rental charges include light, heat, electricity, business rates, office cleaning, use of the shared facilities and building (not contents or any other) insurance.  The offices are decorated and fitted with carpets.  Furniture is not provided.  Telephone line rental is charged at 12.50+VAT per line per month.  Calls are charged at Telewest’s standard discounted business rate (approx. 15% less than BT’s).

 

We also offer a telephone answering and mailing address service for clients who do not need either a full time office or industrial unit, but do need a professional reception service with facilities for occasional office meetings from 85+VAT per month.   Our digital switchboard allows incoming calls to be seamlessly connected to other locations (mobiles, home-workers, etc.) so that you can appear to be at the premises when in-fact you are not.  The system also includes voice-mail facilities that can be accessed remotely.  We have dedicated meeting rooms for occasional use by any of our industrial or office tenants booked via the main reception.  Visitors are greeted at reception and shown through to your temporary office space to meet you.  We have full-time staff who can serve coffee/tea and snacks if required.
